Current and prospective business owners will get an overview of important legal issues faced by small businesses including Entity Selection and Formation, Contracts and Commercial Leases, Employment Law basics, and some basic Intellectual Property considerations. Although taught by an experienced attorney, this class does not constitute legal advice.
