Engage private sector and non-profit employers to participate in the Jobs Now Wage Subsidy Program. Implement partnerships with businesses to develop and place candidates with employers based on job description, experience, and qualifications. Solicit employers to engage in Jobs Now Program to fill positions and create employment opportunities for Job Now participants by outreaching, attending mixers, networking, business meetings with prospective organizations including Chamber and Small Business Administration. Work closely with employer's HR hiring recruiting department representatives to develop timeframes for recruitment and assist the employer's with hiring capabilities and needs of the employer. Act as liaison between employer and participates to create high probability of a job match. Review Job Order's and determine minimum qualifications and requirements in order to sustain and negotiate wages based on the current job and labor market. Provide opportunities to our Clients to sustain employment and achieve the ultimate goal of self-sufficiency.
